I managed a variety of EDM projects from initial ideation and concept development through to design, coding, testing and deployment. I created engaging, on-brand email campaigns tailored to different audiences and objectives, ensuring each EDM was visually polished, responsive across devices and thoroughly tested before going live.

- Cross-browser and email client compatibility: Ensuring EDMs display consistently across different browsers, email clients and devices, including managing rendering limitations and layout inconsistencies.
- Balancing tight deadlines with the time needed for design, coding, testing and quality assurance.
